Move or cancel without charge at least 4 hours before the confirmed time.
A parent or legal guardian gives consent and attends the consultation.
Payment is due only after the practice accepts the requested appointment.
Safe by design
Booking is for logistics, not diagnosis.
Do not send symptoms, photographs, identity documents or medical records with the booking request. Dr Ntsaba takes the clinical history during the private consultation and advises when an in-person examination is safer.
